Our Story

BridgePhase was founded to prove that a people-first company can deliver better careers, better culture, and better outcomes for the missions that matter.

Two years after founding the company, Matt Stratford recruited his longtime colleague, friend and college roommate, Dan Belyea, to help fully launch what they believed the federal IT space was missing: a partner that prioritized technical excellence over headcount, trust over micromanagement, and real outcomes over empty metrics. Too many vendors were chasing scale; BridgePhase set out to build a team that focused on substance.

We started small, grew steadily, and stayed grounded in three things: great people, meaningful missions, and unwavering customer focus.

Today, we're a team of more than 120 talented humans who care deeply about their work and the missions they serve. We're proud to be a trusted partner to some of the Government's most essential programs - and we still believe the best solutions come from small, empowered teams with skin in the game.
